For the past several years, Women & Film has been a beloved “mini-festival” taking place in the Spring.

We are pleased to announce that in 2024 Women & Film is being promoted to our main event of the year, the September Port Townsend Film Festival!

Women & Film will consist of multiple elements. Among them:

• A Women & Film track in the official festival line-up

• Highlighted marketing, featuring the wide variety of women-made films at the festival

• Networking Events

• Women & Film Reception

• Panel Discussion

Think of Women & Film as a festival within a festival.

PTFF continues to be a champion for women filmmakers, and we’re excited to bring women-made films to larger audiences. PTFF specifically invites women filmmakers to submit their films for possible inclusion at the main festival.
